Micro-Scale, Mega-Temptation: The Tiny Star Wars Figures I Suddenly Need
There’s a new corner of the internet threatening my wallet: a maker crafting micro Star Wars figures with absurdly good detail.
There’s a dangerous new corner of the internet, and I’ve fallen straight into it: a site where one incredibly talented creator cranks out micro-scaled Star Wars action figures that look absurdly good for their size. He’s got everything, loose figures, tiny carded versions, multi-packs, even microscopic VHS tapes with perfect little sleeves. And the worst part? They’re actually reasonably priced, which means my self-control doesn’t stand a chance. I keep scrolling thinking “I’ll just pick one set,” and suddenly I’ve added half the galaxy to my mental wishlist.
Right now I’m torn between starting with the Empire Strikes Back bounty hunter lineup or the full droid collection… but then I saw Holiday Special Boba Fett and all logic went out the airlock. Realistically, I’m going to end up collecting them all, it’s only a matter of time. These things scratch the same itch as vintage Kenner figures, just pocket-sized and dangerously addictive. If you’re a collector who loves tiny details and big nostalgia, this rabbit hole is absolutely worth jumping into.
